On a vécu une expérience gustative incroyable à Culina Hortus, dont le chef Adrien Zedda, que certains ont pu voir dans Top chef, a choisi de magnifier la cuisine végétarienne. Il a été élu meilleur restaurant végétarien du monde en 2020. Il s’agit d’un restaurant gastronomique donc le menu est forcément un peu onéreux mais ça en vaut le coût. Le prix du menu du déjeuner (35 euros) est raisonnable. Autre point positif, la carte évolue en fonction des saisons. On vous conseille vivement d’y aller, pensez-y comme idée cadeau à l’approche des fêtes de Noël.
